Blackberry needed to launch the Blackberry Messenger (BBM) multi-platform application for IOS / ANDROID users simultaneously in Argentina, Colombia and Mexico.
OBJECTIVE
BBM needed an intense growth to stop the erosion of market share and keep users of Blackberry devices connected to their contacts using other brands of smartphones.
MEDIA PLAN
Quiroga recommended a complete mobile campaign focused on applications with large volume of users per market to improve branding and a mobile cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-download (CPD) campaign that was continuously optimized based on the habits of navigation of converted users. The digital experts of Quiroga transferred the budgets of each platform to generate the lowest possible cost.
RESULTS
Quiroga delivered downloads at a cost of 22% below the cost calculated per client download. Blackberry Messenger was delivered to 29% more users thanks to the digital optimization performed by Quiroga.
